Veronica Beard, the American fashion brand founded by sisters-in-law Veronica Swanson Beard and Veronica Miele Beard, has collaborated with French artist Thomas Lélu for an exclusive capsule collection. The collection, dropping on Tuesday, features a range of statement pieces that showcase Lélu's iconic wit and irony. The six-piece lineup includes T-shirts with bold messages like 'Why not? Life is short' and 'Bad decisions make good stories', as well as a cardigan with a delicate embroidery that reads 'Stress doesn't go with my outfit'. The collection also includes a bag hand-painted by artist-led creative studio Lefty's Right Mind. The collaboration was born out of Swanson Beard's discovery of Lélu's work on Instagram, where his words 'Iconic never gets old' resonated with her. She reached out the next day to explore a potential collaboration. Lélu's work has been featured on various products, from Smythson notebooks and Autry sneakers to W Hotels merchandise. He describes the brand and its co-founders as 'Another coffee?', reflecting the brand's active, high-achieving, and stylish woman. The capsule collection is priced between $128 for a canvas mini tote and up to $598 for the cashmere cardigan and will be available at Veronica Beard stores worldwide and on the brand's e-commerce site.
